Our Great Grandfather, Frank Haupt, began drilling wells in 1914. His eldest son, Sylvester, our Grandfather, worked for Frank until the late 1960's. At this point, Sylvester Haupt went on his own and ran Haupt Well Drilling until his death in 2004. After his passing, Sylvester's children, Jeff, Sara and Scott, took over the business. In 2018, Scott, our Father, became sole owner of the business, in which my brother Zach and myself (Ciara) are now part of.
